AS-IS Items:
These items have not been fully tested and we will try and note what we can about the issues they have but there can be additional issues beyond what is noted since these are NOT fully tested units and are typically being sold for Parts or Repair. There may be things wrong with the unit that a quick test or cursory inspection will not find so please bid accordingly. Most times Parts/Repair units will be missing screws and parts of the case depending on what state they are in.
Items with non-DOA guarantee:
All of our products are USED unless noted otherwise in the auction. Used products will typically have signs of typical wear and tear such as scratches and scuffs. Any major damage to an item will be listed in the auction description. If you are unsure of the item condition, please submit a question prior to bidding on the item.
Hours of Operation:
We are a business and are open from 8:00am to 5:00pm PST Monday through Friday. We are not able to respond to questions, emails or phone calls after hours, on the weekends or holidays. Please take this into account when contacting us.
Shipping Info:
All items are shipped UPS. We do NOT ship via the US Postal Service or other carriers.
We ship to the USA only. We do not ship to Canada or overseas, no exceptions.
Items will typically be shipped within 2 business days of payment being received though in many cases they are shipped same or next day.
NO LOCAL PICK-UP. ALL ITEMS ARE SHIPPED ONLY.

Please keep in mind that if you use the send message to Ebay member this sends an email that the subject line is non-descript and due to the volume of email received can be missed as I get spam with the same type of subject line as well. If possible always put the item number and what it is about in the subject line to help prioritize issues.
Terms & Conditions:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The winning bidder assumes all risk of liability with respect to the purchase of the product, buyer is SOLELY responsible for shipping charges. Payment is expected within 7 days of auction close and unpaid auctions after 14 days will have non-paying bidder filed and the item will be re-listed.
Some of United Datatech's refurbished and used products may have cosmetic imperfections such as scratches, dents, cracks and discoloration due to normal wear and tear, but do not in any way affect the functionality or performance of the unit. Please refer to item description above for any additional imperfections.
Servers, Notebooks and Desktops:
Notebook batteries CANNOT be refurbished and therefore are NOT covered under warranty. Batteries may or may not hold a charge. UDT is not responsible for any software related technical issues, including drivers and OS.
Warranties:
We offer two different warranties that will be noted in the auction. The first is AS-IS which means the unit has NOT been fully tested or has not been tested at all and is being sold with no warranty expressed or implied. There is NO return privelege with these products so please bid accordingly.
The second is guaranteed against DOA which is as follows:
A UDT product is considered DOA if it shows symptoms of a hardware failure preventing basic operability, upon its first use. If you discover that your product may be DOA please contact chrisl@uniteddatatech.com, prior to any other action. This policy and any type of warranty, expressed or implied, will be nulified if the product is modified, opened, repaired or tampered with in any fashion without authorization from United Datatech Distributors. All DOA notifications must be filed with UDT within 15 days of the auction date.
UDT's tech team will determine if the product is DOA, and if the product is determined to be DOA, we will offer you a full replacement, credit or repair within 15 days of your return.
Return Privileges & Process
All returns must be approved by UDT's Customer Relations at chrisl@uniteddatatech.com prior to return. Before returning any products, please contact UDT's Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization number [RMA]. The customer is FULLY responsible for ALL return shipping costs on defective product. Returned product must have an RMA number written LARGE on the return box. Please return all products 100% complete - as you received it. RMA approval is contingent upon, among other things, the products being 100% complete.
