This is a 1984 Plaid Enterprises kit: Cabbage Patch Kids Stencils. There are two mylar pre-cut stencil sheets plus a page of instructions. Can be used on clothing, walls, furnishings, bedding, drapes, toys, and accessories. This package was unopened; but I opened it because I could not tell if there was anything inside. So, it really is "new" from 1984.  Please email if you need more pics or have questions.
