Description
Street Jam is a three-on-three street basketball game for Game Boy Advance. Select your team from a roster of 15 teams and over 40 different characters and enter the world of street-ball. Your aim is to win all illegal tournaments held in various locations of the downtown. The individual players differ in game style, speed, special dunks and graphic presentation. Compete in the arcade mode and win eight challenging matches against the CPU, or partake in the story mode. The latter lets you select your team, and try to rise up in the ranks via five different levels from beginner to violence mode throughout 20 different tournaments with animated story sequences.

  • 45 street-ballers and ace characters you can choose from your roster: they differ in game style, speed, special dunks and graphics (15 differents teams in total).
  • ARCADE Mode: over eight games to win against the most challenging opponents.
  • STORY Mode: select your team, and prepare to climb five different levels from beginner to violence mode throughout over 20 different tournaments with great animated sequences that will narrate the events.
  • Dunks and Special: each player has a set of over 10 standard dunks to use and incredible special moves!
  • Stamina bars: Each team has a stamina bar that determines the speed at which the team can run!
  • Mega-detailed playgrounds: on the streets at night, in abandoned buildings, at the docks, at the park, by the sea, on the roof of a skyscraper etc. We have taken great care of details by using parallax effects, playgrounds rotate in perspective, fully animated backgrounds like a train that when passing by gives a shaking effect to the playground, an helicopter hovering over the players and much more
  • Multiplayer mode: to challenge your friends in breath taking matches
  • Team managing statistics: won and lost matches, scored points, skill level etc
  • Great graphics: motion-captured polygonal players achieved by using a motion capture VICON8 system (owner) and subsequently adapted by graphic artist specialized in PIXELbyPIXEL graphics. Over 350 frames per players!
  • Special effects: real time projected shadows, translucent effects, basket that bends upon dunks power
