This auction is for a Brand New Ping Etched Putter Grip made by Golf Pride. This grip has an exceptional feel and will fit on almost any putter. It is the authentic Ping OEM Grip and it is the grip that most often comes on new Ping putters. Shipping is FREE to the US and $20 Internationally. This auction is for 1 Grip only.

Payment

We gladly accept payments via PayPal and Credit Cards through Authorize.net. PayPal is our preferred method of payment and our PayPal address is JarredFSU@Yahoo.com. Credit Card and PayPal payments ensure faster processing and shipping times and offer added security for the buyer. Sorry but due to issues in the past, we cannot accept and other forms of payment than those mentioned above. Please also note that due to ongoing fraud concerns, some credit card companies require that we ship to the billing address of the credit card.

Shipping

Due to E Bay's policies, we cannot combine shipping on any items purchased on E Bay. All of our items are shipped with some form of delivery confirmation. Most of our domestic items ship through UPS Ground as the default shipping provider. Smaller items may ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail. If the auction has a flat rate shipping, it is the seller's discretion as how to ship the item. We never use Parcel Post, Media Mail, or any other slower form of shipping. We are proud of the fact that over 95% of our items arrive to their destinations within 1 week of payment reciept and clearing. Upgrade shipping is almost always available for an additional charge so feel free to contact us if you are interested. For international customers, we use UPS Standard to Canada and USPS Priority Mail International for our international shipments. Please note that these are not guaranteed service times and we have no control over total delivery time as it varies by country due to customs requirements. We try to send tracking numbers or delivery confirmation numbers for each auction as the item is shipped. For UPS Tracking, point to point tracking is available but for USPS shipments, the delivery confirmation only proves delivery, it does not ship shipment progress. We do charge a handling fee on our items so shipping rates charged may be higher than actual shipping rates. This fee is usually minimal and it covers the initial shipping of the item from the manufacturer, packaging supplies, overhead and employment cost associated with shipping, and storage cost for the item. All of our items are shipped insured so if an item arrives damaged, contact the shipping company immediately to report the damage and notify us within 24 hours of reciept and we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We have less than 1/2 of 1% of all items lost or damaged during shipping so this is not usually an issue.

Terms of Sale

All sales through our website are considered final 48 hours after an item has been delivered. We NEVER deal in knock-off or non-authentic merchandise and we gladly accept returns if a customer is not satisfied with their item. If we happen to make an error on an item, we always remidy the situation ASAP and at no additional cost to the customer. If an item is returned for any other reason, we must be notified within 48 hours of reciept that the customer wishes to return the item, it must be in the same condition as sold in and we refund the auction amount minus a 15% restocking fee. This restocking fee pays for the fees we were charged for initially selling the item and the fees that it cost to relist and sell the item again. We cannot refund any shipping or handling charges.
