Up for your consideration a stunning turquoise blue size 7 pageant dress by Unique Fashions.  This dress has been altered in the arms and shoulders but it can be let back out.  It measures 27 inches from the top of the shoulders to the hem.  The sleeves are long and appliqued with beads and pearls that match the rest of the dress.  This dress retailed for $400.  It is like new condition.
