Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, return it for a refund of your purchase price less a restocking fee.

Any and all shipping charges are non-refundable. A 20% restocking service fee is deducted from all returns ($5 for items under $25). This service fee covers the cost of original shipping and expenses related to processing returns and the relisting of items. 

We only accept returns for 7 days after delivery to you, provable by delivery confirmation provided to you for free on every package we ship. Items received after 7 days will incur a 50% restocking fee and we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of a return if received significantly after 7 days. Concerned about mail delays on the part of the post office? As long as your return is postmarked within 3 days of delivery to you we will consider it received in the 7 day time period. Please send us the tracking # for all shipments being returned. 

Please contact us for our return address and instructions prior to returning your item. Items received without instructions or original auction # enclosed will be refused. 

Item must be returned in the same condition as received -- smoke free, smell free, and if item is NWT, tags must still be attached as well as hygienic liner in swim suits.
