I BOUGHT THESE ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO, WORE THEM ONE NIGHT FOR A WEDDING, AND ACTUALLY HALF THAT NIGHT BECAUSE MY BACK STARTED HURTING...I GUESS I JUST CAN'T FACE THE FACT THAT I CAN'T WEAR HIGH HEELS ANYMORE, SO MY LOSS IS YOUR GAIN. I PAID 55.00 OR SO DOLLARS FOR THESE, THEY ARE VERY SEXY HIGH HEEL PUMPS, SIZE 9-1/2... My Auction I do my best to describe each item as accurately as possible. I check it several times, and if there are any flaws, I will note that. If an item is broken, chipped, scratched, torn, mangled, inoperable, bent, ripped, dented, missing parts, pieces, (phew) etc., I will tell you that too…I don’t hide things – it serves no one any purpose to do that! The item shown in the picture is the item you are bidding on. If you need additional pictures let me know and I’ll do my best to get them to you. If I need to use a stock photo, I’ll let you know that too. If you have any questions, please contact me PRIOR to bidding, and I will try and get back to you as soon as possible. Please do not wait until the last minute to ask a question, I have a very hectic schedule and may not always be available to get back to you. Payment: Payment is due five (5) days from the end of auction. Payment by Paypal only. Also, if you are interested in another item, please let me know, and bid on it! I’ve had too many people delay payment and shipping because they said they wanted another item and then never bid on it. If I have no contact from you at the end of 5 days, an unpaid item dispute will be filed, and negative feedback left. Sorry, but if you read this, you are aware of it. Shipping: No International Shipping & No Local Pickups unless noted. My schedule just won’t allow it. Shipping charges consist of more than just a stamp. I try my best to pack all my items so they arrive safely and quickly and with the least amount of cost. However, there are the additional expenses in shipping, depending on your item’s requirements: tape, boxes, envelopes, paper sheeting, padding, bubble wrap, Styrofoam peanuts, etc. If you are not happy with the shipping charges, please do not bid on the item. I ship mostly first class and parcel post, depending on the weight and size of the item. All magazines, books, and the like will be shipped by media mail, which is the cheapest way. I cannot do overnight or priority shipping, because again, I am not always available, and may not be here to rush it out the door…sorry. Also, insurance is always an option, but if you do not purchase it, and something happens, I cannot/will not/refuse to be held responsible. I pack all my items carefully and safely, but once they leave me and are in the hands of the USPS, I have no control over them. Combined Shipping: I do combine shipping wherever possible to help you save money. I will combine shipping on items that are won within a 3 day period, provided I see (or you tell me immediately) that you are bidding on another item. All combined items will be shipped when the last item is paid for, and discounts will be given based on the items won. Please also remember that not all items may be able to be shipped together due to size. I’ll do my best, and let you know if they cannot be shipped together. I haven’t run into that problem as yet. Returns: I’ll be redundant again here, but I do my best to describe all items. I am not perfect. I may miss something inadvertently. Unfortunately, I’ve had some previous buyers that made claims but refused to prove their “claim” and gave me negative feedback instead of contacting me. I might have been able to right the wrong…if there was any…but the good still outweighs the bad – you can see my feedback. I will answer any questions on any negative feedback as well – I have nothing to hide. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH AN ITEM PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK BEFORE CONTACTING ME. If you find something wrong, and have a legitimate reason for a return, I’ll be happy to discuss it with you. I do require proof of your “claim” if you have one. You do not necessarily have to send the item back and incur shipping costs, but you can send me a picture if that is feasible. If the problem is legitimate, and it is something I missed, then I’ll take care of it…I think that’s fair, no? Shipping costs are non refundable. If, on the other hand, you bid on an item and all of a sudden realize you made a mistake, or wait two weeks later to contact me with an issue, sorry, but I will not accept “buyer’s remorse” returns….nor do I know what happened in that two week time period. Also, please do not “assume” anything. If you have a question ASK BEFORE BIDDING! Your bid is a contract! If you don’t ask questions before you bid and you are unhappy because you made a mistake, or didn’t read the description properly - you are responsible for your bid and the item is yours! Feedback: Good feedback is important for both buyers and sellers. I want my customers to be happy. I will leave feedback once I receive yours, to be sure you have received your item and all is well. If not, then I will expect to hear from you immediately, and we’ll take care of it, if possible. As stated, I am not perfect, I do my best…please feel free to contact me prior to bidding, and of course, again if you have any issues.
