Condition and Detailed Description: VG:
Front cover full cover, full color illustration in very good condition, gild border originally around illustration has essentially disappeared. Both covers normal edge wear, all corners slightly bumped. Back cover slightly loose due to break top hinge. Spine edge and corner wear both edges, vertical ridge along length, surface wear. If spine lettering were gilded it has disappeared.

Gift salutation dated Christmas 1939 inside front flypaper.
