Book is in good condition. Boards are white faux leather with some age tanning and bumped/rubbed corners. Inside pages are lightly tanned and bound tightly. PO address label first blank page,PO name and price title page, otherwise pages are free from markings. Dust jacket is very tanned,heavily chipped and torn on edges, it has sacrificed itself to protect the book!

My favorite photo is the kitchen with flying fish metal sculptures, a small-tile covered wall with Dansk type casserole pots on the stove installed in a long wall of floating cabinets. Is this straight out of IKEA or what!
Glitzy and glamorous Hollywood Regency looks,with huge gold lamps, big gilt starbursts, swaths of lush fabrics, leopard prints, armless slipper chairs and sofas that Billy Baldwin loved, ornate chandeliers, curly wire chairs with velvet upholstery, tufted seating, gilded columns used as side table, tiger-skin throw rugs, glass top coffee tables with chrome or gold legs and so much more.
