We have a Signed Limited Edition Franklin Mint Rose Cottage Doll House. Sold out and Retired this is out of 2500 by Artist Violet Schenig. This Dollhouse is in Very good condition.
There is a 1 inch hairline in the inside celling  in bathroom. Owner stated this was there when they bought it. Doll house still has 90 to 95 % of it's original  furniture.  One of the Green Kitchen chairs is was chewed but could be painted.
Excellent Rare Piece. This is a local pickup only. This item is 30 miles south of Buffalo New York.
