This spectacular glass Christmas ornament is a vintage* retired collectible from Christopher Radko, America's premiere holiday designer. Mouth-blown and individually hand-painted, each sterling silver-lined European glass ornament requires seven days to create. It's no wonder Christopher Radko's ornaments have become cherished mementos of holiday celebrations!

This ornament is in Very Good Vintage Used Condition. See pictures for details. This item is pre-owned and is in excellent working order. Some light normal wear may be evident as is appropriate for an item of this type and usage. No box or tags are included with this ornament.

I sell a very wide variety of items and therefore cannot be a expert on everything I sell, but items are described to the best of my ability. If you have any questions or concerns about an item I'm selling, please ASK QUESTIONS Before bidding! I will respond within 24 hours or less, if possible. |

In compliance with eBay's Electronic Payment policy, I may only solicit PayPal or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX) through ProPay. No account is required with ProPay. Simply enter your credit card information like any other online store. Your personal information is never revealed. I strongly discourage "e-checks" as they will significantly delay the processing and shipping of your order. E-checks take from 4 to 10 business days to clear before I can ship your items to you. |
| Shipping, Handling and Insurance Requirements |
We normally ship within 1 business day of receipt of payment, if possible. To qualify for combined shipping, all items must be paid for in one payment at the same time.
Due to changes in eBay policies, sellers are now required by eBay to insure all packages regardless of value or type of item. Therefore insurance is now required on all items we sell. These mandatory insurance costs are already included in the shipping costs shown. You may rest assured that your item is covered against carrier loss, damage or mishandling.
As required by eBay and PayPal, if your package is valued at over $250.00, it must be personally signed for upon delivery and can only be shipped to a PayPal confirmed address. This additional signature confirmation charge from the carrier ($2.35) will be added to your invoice and must be paid prior to shipment.
I charge ACTUAL calculated shipping charges based on the weight of your package with a very modest handling fee. (Unfortunately I've recently been forced to double this amount to about two dollars to offset the additional costs incurred under eBay's new insurance requirements). This fee helps to somewhat cover the rising costs of the many extra features and benefits you've always enjoyed by doing business with me. These include Delivery Confirmation (up to $0.80), eBay required insurance (starting at $1.75 and upwards based on the value of your item) and only on rare occasions, if I am very lucky, perhaps partially offset a tiny amount of the high cost of the New packaging materials I purchase and use to ensure your item arrives safely and securely in your hands. This very small fee does NOT even begin to cover all my costs, overhead or gas, nor does it pay for any of my eBay or PayPal fees. I ship items to you BELOW COST. Please keep this in mind when rating me on shipping charges as I do not make money from shipping and handling and am in fact, losing money on every shipment. |

Because of eBay's insurance restrictions, internal political unrest and/or US economic and trade sanctions against some countries, I am no longer able to ship to any of the following countries. If your shipping address is outside these few restricted areas, I am happy and more than willing to ship to you.
International shipments must be paid via PayPal only. I do NOT ship packages of ANY value via International First Class Mail for security reasons. All items valued at under $250.00 USD are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail. If your item is valued at $250.00 USD or more, based on final sales price, I can only ship via USPS International Express Mail or United Parcel Service (UPS) with a signature required for delivery (additional carrier fee of $2.35). Please bid accordingly.
International buyers are responsible for any possible applicable customs or import costs including but not limited to tariffs, taxes (VAT etc.) and duties as requested by your respective country laws. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. Please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
There may also be import restrictions into your home country, such as value limits or restricted items like gold, silver, jewelry or precious metals. Please check for any that may apply to you from this transaction prior to bidding as I have no knowledge of or control over these factors and it is impossible for me to be an expert on every country. These restrictions are your responsibility. I am an honest person and obey the law, therefore I do not mark merchandise values below the purchase price or mark items as gifts nor will I falsify contents or value on Customs paperwork. US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. |

| Return Policy, Procedure and Conditions |
Not all items are eligible for returns. I offer a 3-day store credit return on most items for purchase price only when eligible item is returned in the original, documented, resalable condition, less a very low 10% restocking fee to partially offset the additional costs incurred when accepting returns.
Due to the nature of antiques and collectibles, some imperfections are a natural part of the beauty of these objects. Therefore, ALL antiques or vintage items and all jewelry are sold in "AS-IS Where-IS" condition due to the inherent age and wear in all pre-owned items. There are NO returns on these types of items. All jewelry sales are Final. There are NO returns on Health or Beauty items for legal, health and sanitary reasons therefore all personal care product sales are Final.
Items may not be returned without cause. Buyer's remorse is not a valid reason for returns. I do not issue "cash" or money-back refunds under any circumstances. All returns are for store credit only! I cannot refund any shipping charges as they have already been spent on your behalf and at your request. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Please contact me before returning any items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. |
