I ship via United States Post Office (USPS) in almost all cases.  I pack VERY well, however I cannot be responsible for any damage done or loss in shipping if insurance is NOT selected by buyer.  Please check with me BEFORE sending any payment if you have any other shipping questions/requests not listed below in shipping options.  I make every effort to accurately estimate the shipping/packaging costs.

International Shipping:  I have had very good success shipping all over the world, however I have no control over foreign post offices or delivery schedules.  I cannot guarantee International Shipping once it leaves my local US Post Office. PayPal REQUIRES me to include tracking in my shipping costs.  I apologize for the higher shipping costs to international destinations, however I have no control over the pricing and International tracking is expensive even on small items.

Returns:  I will do everything to ensure a happy buyer and you will see my feedback reflects that  If there is a defect in your item, I will happily replace it.  In the rare circumstances where a refund is warranted, I do not  return any shipping costs and the buyer is responsible for returning the item and the return shipping costs of item before a refund is sent.

Feedback:  I hate to have a feedback policy but unfortunately some dishonest bidders have forced me to do so.  I will leave feedback as soon as the buyer leaves feedback for me and I will give you whatever feedback you give me.  Keep in mind as a seller I have no reason to give you anything but positive feedback if payment is sent.  Unfortunately there are many buyers that use feedback as a method to manipulate or blackmail sellers.  I have this policy only to ensure honest transactions and lean buyers toward at least attempting to resolve any dissatisfaction before leaving poor feedback.  PLEASE contact me BEFORE leaving feedback if you are dissatisfied.  I work very hard for my feedback and my detailed star ratings, and I'd prefer to correct a problem rather than receive low marks.  PLEASE keep in mind that unfairly rating me low, only forces my prices to increase in the future.

Non-Paying Bidders:  If I do not receive payment within the time frame listed in the payment section, I will file eBay's non-paying bidder forms.  I do not wish to damage anyone's eBay account or feedback but there are too many costs involved in listing and selling an item to ignore users that do not pay after buying an item.  Some buyers do not understand that I pay fees to list an item and I pay fees again immediately when you buy an item, whether you send payment or not.
