These are a set of White or Blue Reflective Dots & Stripes.  The Small dots are 1/8" The Larger are 3/4".  They will stick to just about anything, Shoes, Clothing, Bikes, Helmets  You name it.  This is the same material the US DOT uses for Road Signs so you can see it for miles.  Just a few on your helmet lites you up like a UFO...

If you plan on Racing an  Adventure Race or a 24 Hour MTB Race in the Near Future this is REQUIRED equipment, not to mention training in the early AM and In the Dark, it's not smart but we all do it...

These are Not the Puffy ones you can get at Sporting goods stores that fall off these stick like crazy and last for years.
