Item Condition

We are offering for sale a beautiful hard to find Desert Rose Soup Tureen. Desert Rose was made by F. Gladding, McBean and Company (often referred to as The Franciscan Company). This pretty soup tureen is three footed. All Three feet are perfect. Our beautiful covered tureen is in Undamaged Condition without chips, cracks, or mold damage. The hand painting is just beautiful. The backstamp on this piece, (shown in our second photo) was issued in 1953 and was used until 1958. This is guaranteed to be an original Franciscan Desert Rose Soup Tureen made in the United States sometime between the dates listed above.
