This is a Circuit Board with relay that came out of a 3.5 ton Carrier Air Condition Heat Pump and is in working condition.  There is a cast no. on the Circuit Board of ( 1050 - 1 - CESD110063 - 019444 ) and a cast no. on the Relay of ( 45GG20AJX591 ).  Another number under it is ( PN - L38618 ). Used but works.
