General:  This auction includes tickets to see the Denver Nuggets at the Pepsi Center.  Specific ticket information, including seat locations, is listed above in the Item Description box.  Please check out the picture for an approximate view from the section, courtesy of SeatData.com.

Shipping:  I will gladly combine shipping for multiple auction purchases.  Shipping is $7.75 for USPS Priority Mail, $15.75 for FedEx 2nd Day, and $19.75 for FedEx Overnight.  Approximate transit times for each service are 2-3 business days for Priority Mail, 2 business days for FedEx 2nd Day, and 1 business day for FedEx Overnight.  International shipping is $22.75 for FedEx International Service.  The fees cover all tickets that are purchased.  These are the only shipping options that I can offer, and I cannot accommodate local pickup or delivery.

Payment:  Payment must be made by PayPal, and received within 36 hours of auction close.  If you need an extension on the payment, please contact me prior to bidding so we can make the arrangement.  For customers using an eCheck, I will wait for the payment to clear before shipping.

Pricing/Bidding:  All items listed in regular auction format will run as scheduled, with the tickets going to the highest bidder.  Any Buy-It-Now prices will be clearly posted.  Please make sure you understand all auction specifics, such as game date and location, before bidding.  All auction winners are responsible for paying for their respective auctions, and all sales are final.  I frequently get messages from bidders concerned with being outbid at the end of an auction, to which I offer the following advice: If you are concerned about losing an auction, I suggest you place a second bid above the current high bid.  This will cover you in case another person tries to outbid you at the last minute.

Feedback:  Unlike many other sellers on ebay, I leave positive feedback for all paying customers.  Please allow me a week or two to leave the feedback, as it is a very time-consuming process with the high volume I do here on ebay.  After the transaction is complete, I request that the buyer leave positive feedback along with 5 stars, as it helps to keep my costs lower, and allows me to sell tickets at such low prices.  I will file a Non-Paying Bidder Report with eBay for all bidders who do not pay.
