 Orig US “Female On The Beach” Theater Movie Poster 1955

The poster was recently obtained from a sale, has been sealed in a frame for years, shows to have been well cared for.

We believe thru resources that this is a original movie theater display poster, for the “Female on the beach” movie. We are not poster pros., so please review photo and details for you assurance, as we are not 100% for sure.  

This movie was released August 20, 1955 by Universal International, and starred Joan Crawford and Jeff Chandler., with JAN STERLING, CECIL BELLAWAY, JUDITH EVELYN, CHARLES DRAKE

The poster measures 14” x 17 3/4”, I believe a little was trimmed off the top edge.

The postal has printed at the bottom;

**numbered 55/316

**has stamped with the lithographers Union seal.

Will be shipped in tube for protection

The poster is in good condition, as with the vintage of the poster, there is some normal handling wear, paper age discoloration, and has a fold line near the mid selection. There are small nail pin holes on top / bottom and sides were it was held in a frame. all as noted from the photos.

The poster would greatly enhance any collection.
