This auction is for a near mint pack pulled insert card from THE BEST OF BORIS VALLEJO All-Chromium card set - Parallel Refractor Card number 1, "Freya" - published by Comic Images in 1994. When Comic Images released its all chromium sets, most of them were produced with a complete set of Holochrome "light refractor" cards as well, packed only ONE card per sealed box. The scan really doesn't do this beautiful effect justice. This is one of several of these rare refractor cards I am offering this week.

For purchases of card sets, IF I have a clean-pull wrapper, it will be included with the set. If this is important to you, please inquire BEFORE bidding, as I am not always successful in getting enough wrappers that are not ripped.

The cards are 2 1/2" by 3 1/2 inches, roughly the same size as baseball cards.

They are all evenly cut, and will be delivered in a hard hinge-top plastic case.

Card sets will be shipped by Priority Mail. Chase cards will be delivered by First Class Mail in hard sleeves.

Except in unusual circumstances, all shipments will be mailed within 24 hours of receiving payment (except of course, if you pay on Saturday), and will often ship the SAME day you pay if I receive your payment by 230PM EST (930AM EST on Saturday, because my post office closes at 10:45).

I can no longer afford to list chase cards more than 5 times a year except as new arrivals and on special request. I have nearly 1000 different chase cards in stock at any given point, and will be happy to accept want lists and post ANY card you need that I have in my inventory.

SHIPPING COSTS:

CARD SETS, inside the US: US buyer agrees to pay EXACT shipping in the US via Priority Mail, plus 40 cents per set to cover the cost of the plastic case. I work hard to make sure your shipping costs are as low as possible.

CARD SETS, Outside the US: I am more than happy to ship ANYWHERE in the world. However, due to many problems and delays, I use Global Priority Mail ONLY. Again, buyer agrees to pay EXACT shipping in the US via Priority Mail, plus 40 cents per set to cover the cost of the plastic case.

BUYERS IN ITALY: I have listened to your complaints about Poste Italia, and their frequent loss of parcels. Global Express shipping is available for you, and it is INSURED and traceable. It does cost quite a bit more, however. To make it a bit less painful, I will pay all supplies costs myself and ship up to 5 sets for $26.00 by this method, if requested.

SPECIAL SHIPPING DEAL FOR LARGE PURCHASES, inside the US: I know that some collectors have their own storage system for sets. If this is you, or you just don't care whether you get the hinge-top cases, I have a deal for you! If you are a bidder in the United States and DO NOT want the hinge cases, I can ship from SIX to THIRTY-FIVE SETS or more (dependent on the sets), well-protected, AND as many chase cards as you want -- for only $11.00 TOTAL for all of them. CHASE CARDS: Shipping of chase cards is FREE to all US buyers. Outside the US, shipping cost for chase cards is $1.00 shipping via regular mail for the first card, and an additional 50 cents shipping for each additional card, to a maximum of $11.00 shipping cost (Priority Mail in hinge-top cases) for Mexico and Canada, or $13.00 maximum for the rest of the world, REGARDLESS OF QUANTITY. Chase cards shipping WITH set purchases require no shipping fee.

SOME IMPORTANT NOTES, TO MAKE UP FOR THE FACT EBAY IS MAKING NO EFFORT TO INFORM YOU OF THEM:

1- Shipping is exact via the calculator on eBay. The only additional charge is for shipping supplies, and is clearly stated in the auction. As you are aware of your "handling" charge in advance, there should be no reason to leave less than a 5 for the shipping costs DSR.

2- Feedback is left on or around the day your item ships. I NEVER hold feedback "hostage," and I never have since the first day I registered for a seller account. When you have paid me, you have done your part and have earned my positive feedback. I would appreciate the same in return when your parcel arrives, because in the eBay world only a 5 matters. Sadly, enough 4-star ratings will cause loss of Powerseller status. I am sorry to go on about this, but eBay is doing nothing to inform buyers that if you have ratings below a 4.5 average, you lose your Powerseller status, and below 4.3 and you lose your selling privileges. If there is a problem that has you feeling you need to leave less than a positive or less than 5 stars on any DSR rating, E-MAIL me before leaving feedback. I cannot correct an issue I am not aware of.

3- INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: I ship ALL parcels within 24 hours of payment. I can prove the EXACT date of shipment on any international parcel, as my post office allows me to scan their portion of the customs form, AFTER they have officially stamped it. International parcels are tracable by the USPS via the customs form number. While the USPS provides approximate shipping times for international parcels on their website, NEITHER THEY NOR I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SPEED WITH WHICH YOUR POSTAL SERVICE AND CUSTOMS OFFICES WORK. I can prove when your parcel shipped, beyond that I ask for your patience. If you are concerned about the length of time a parcel is taking, please work with me as I have the post office trace it, and please inquire with your own customs service using the customs form number I will provide to you - international customs/postal office will often not answer me, even if the inquiry is written in the local language.

4- A Powerseller's capability of keeping costs low is tied into the discount we receive for higher DSR ratings, so if you are going to leave DSR ratings, PLEASE leave honest ones.

If there are damaged or missing cards, I will replace them as the first and only option, even if I have to give you my own copy from my collection.
I will not accept returns on any cards that are "not what I expected" or "I got it cheaper." These are violations of eBay's rules. NO BUYERS REMORSE.
