Sweet looking CAL collegian TONY GONZALEZ of the FALCONS out of the 2008 PLAYOFF PRESTIGE.  Item is a PRESTIGIOUS PROS GOLD insert numbered #PPR-29, #15/25.  Due to one of EBAY'S latest rule upon the consumer, if you follow EBAY'S policies to the letter, then these payment terms are allowed:  Paypal only accepted if you are VERIFIED AND CONFIRMED. Will only accept Paypal from International winners.  *WILL ONLY SHIP TO CONFIRMED PAYPAL ADDRESS IF USING PAYPAL!  Once an individual has won, it is their responsibility to make sure payment gets to me in any way, shape or form.  In other words, if someone wants to pay me other than Paypal, I will accept it, just be advised, I always wait until payment clears prior to shipping out items.  SHIPPING and HANDLING terms for CARDS are as follows: 1 auction won is $3.00 with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION, each additional auction is $1.00, capped at $20(won within SUNDAY-THURSDAY time frame).  CANADA is also $3.00 with CERTIFICATE OF MAILING or $15.00 for REGISTERED MAIL(your choice), each additional auction is $1.00, capped at $20(won within SUNDAY-THURSDAY time frame).  INTERNATIONAL(OVERSEAS) is $15.00 per auction which includes REGISTERED MAIL each additional auction is $1.00, capped at $25(won within SUNDAY-THURSDAY time frame).  DELIVERY CONFIRMATION/REGISTERED MAIL is a must to make sure that your item is being tracked and that it makes it to you.  Items are sent SECURED and in a BUBBLE-MAILER.  Insurance is no longer an option for this auction, but there is a return policy.  I usually wait till Thursday to invoice winners due to the combining of items won that I offer, so if you would like to have an invoice sooner than that, please let me know and I will forward that to you.  Due to recent work constraints, I generally ship out items 1-2 times a week(Thursday or Friday), but will always strive to get your item out to you in a timely manner.  Please take a moment to view my other auctions and as always, good luck bidding!  PHIL
