2.  WE LIKE BUGS by Gladys Conklin

 

Describes various insects and some of their characteristics.  Designed for kids 3-8. This book is paperback, has 28 pages and was printed in 1962.  It is in very good condition.  Read on about the author of "We Like Bugs"

Gladys Conklin loved insects, and she loved children. She enjoyed teaching kids and even hosted a "Bug Club" for children in her area where she would teach them to appreciate and admire the complexities of insects and other small animals.

Her early books are all beautifully and colorfully illustrated with accurate, detailed drawings.

I generally send books through media mail to save money. Media mail tends to take longer than parcel post, generally 8 to 10 days. Patterns or other sewining or crafting items I will ship either first class, or priority.

I do offer priority shipping upon request. If it is just one book, or one item, generally shipping will be 5.80.




Terms of sale is as noted in auction. Payment expected within 3 days.
