GB Enterprises offers the following Returns Policies. 
On any damaged shipments:
Due to conditions beyond our control, it is absolutely mandatory for every order to ship Insured to protect the Buyer and Seller from any loss whatsoever. Should the Buyer decide not to insure their merchandise, Buyer will assume all risks on all uninsured items received.

Upon receipt of your order, you must immediately inspect for any damage whatsoever, do not open packaging. If any exterior package damage has occurred clearly mark the container ‘Return to Sender’. Once the damaged package is received by GE Enterprises, we will cover the cost to re-ship a replacement item to you. 
For all Regular returns Please take Note:
Contact us within 3 days from receipt of goods. Returns are accepted on unused items within 3 days of receipt, however the buyer MUST CONTACT US prior to returning to receive important return information before sending an item back to our shop. There will be a binding surcharge on any returned items with a 15% restocking fee on return orders (not damaged). Freight on regular returns will not be reimbursed.
