This is a Royal Albert Bone China Open Sugar Bowl in the "American Beauty" Pattern, produced by  Thomas C. Wild & Sons, Ltd. in the Staffordshire Potteries area of England.  This piece would also make a nice candy or nut bowl.       

It stands 2-1/8" tall and measures 3-1/4" across the top.

The design shows lovely, large roses in shades of pink with green leaves on a white background.  There is a gold band around the rim and two more around the base.

There are no chips cracks, scratches, crazing or discolorations.  The colors are bright and unfaded, the gold is intact, and the glazed finish is nice and shiny.
