***NEW BUT NO LONGER IN ORIGINAL PACKAGE.  The majority of items we get for resale have damaged packaging which is frequently unsalvagable.    If the item was still in perfect, original packaging, it would most likely still be in the department store we got if from, and not for sale here on EBay.  Besides, commercial packaging with all its heavy plastic and card board inserts only adds to shipping weight and cost. Each item is inspected for damage prior to posting.   Any noted damage will be disclosed in item listings. We try not to overlook anything because we pay return shipping when we make a mistake (no profit there).  Because items are no longer in their original packaging, they may be wrinkled.   We will fold our items as neatly as possible and wrap them in lightweight plastic for protection during shipping.  Larger items may be tightly packaged to avoid using oversized boxes for which both UPS and USPS add additional surcharges.  We use clean recycled boxes for shipping whenever we can as we feel that is the economically and environmentally responsible thing to do.   

Please use the EBay Message center for all correspondence.  Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday 9A-5P CST.    We respond to emails fairly quickly during normal business hours.  Emails received outside of normal business hours may not be answered until the next business day.

Return Policy:  An item is considered "as described" if the description and photos used here match the retailer/manufacturer's standard description and is as commonly found on this and other internet sites.

Please inspect your items upon receipt.  Used or laundered items cannot be returned.

If you find a problem we missed, please contact us via the EBay message center.

We refund original purchase price and shipping, as well as pay return shipping for item problems/flaws found which we missed.

We refund purchase price less our shipping costs after buyer returns the item in original condition and mutually agrees not to complete transaction.

Shipping:  We typically ship within one-two business day of receiving payment. Once we give your item to the carrier, you can expect delivery as follows:

Priority Mail to United States:  3-5 days

UPS Ground to Lower 48:  5-8  Business days

Priority Mail to Canada:  10-14 days

NOTE: UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes.  We ship using UPS Ground, or USPS Priority Mail.  Since we are offering free or discounted shipping, we will obviously choose the least expensive of the two since that is what we base our selling price on.  A physical address is required at time of payment in order to avoid shipping delays.

International Shipping

We ship internationally using USPS Priority Mail only as this is the least expensive method with a form of delivery confirmation.  We do not ship parcel post.

WE DO NOT ALTER THE SELLING PRICE OR MARK INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS AS "GIFT" ON THE CUSTOMS FORMS.

ALL CUSTOMS TAXES AND DUTIES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.

Combined Shipping:  You pay full shipping quote for the heaviest (highest quote) and half the quote for each additional item purchased.  All items must be paid for with one invoice/payment and shipped in the same box.  We frequently ship within minutes/hours of receiving payment so you should not pay immediately if you think there is a chance you might want to purchase multiple items to take advatage on shipping discount.  Once an item is given to the carrier, we cannot retro actively combine items or include that item in your shipping discount.

Local Pick Up

Arrange to pick your item up during normal business hours from our Hurst location and receive a $5.00 in store credit good at either our Hurst or North Richland Hills locations.

Payment:  Payment is due within four (4) days of first item purchased.
