MOST ITEMS SHIP SAME OR NEXT DAY!*

ALL PRODUCTS are shipped to the contiguous US either USPS Priority or UPS Ground Insured. USPS Priority packages usually arrive in 2-3 business days, UPS Ground packages usually arrive in 2-7 business days. Speaker rings are shipped USPS Priority unless otherwise requested or specified. Large orders of rings will ship UPS Ground. Mobile Audio/Video products ship UPS ground unless otherwise specified. If you would like to know how your package would be shipped or for a quote on shipping, please email us at contact@elitecustomsigns.com.

Note: Because of UPS as a shipment method, please do not supply a PO BOX with your payment. Please only supply a physical address to ensure a quick shipment.

Most car audio/video products can not ship outside the US or to PO Boxes, please email if you are unsure if we can ship to you. Speaker rings and templates do ship worldwide! Please request a quote for shipping if outside the US and Canada.

PACKAGING of products properly is one of our greatest concerns. If any product is damaged upon receipt of the item please email us right away to get the problem solved! We will refund the purchase price, fix your item, send a new item, or other options depending on your situation!

Shipping & Handling for all products are fixed to the contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and outside the US are available, please email us at contact@elitecustomsigns.com before purchasing.

Buyer is responsible for S&H costs. Buyer has the option to add insurance for an additional $1.50. Seller assumes no responsibility once the product is shipped.

NOTICE - PLEASE READ
We will be happy to replace your product that was damaged in shipping at your cost. We take great care in packaging each item, but things do happen. If you are worried about a damaged shipment, PLEASE purchase the extra insurance. Your package will then either be insured through us or the shipping company. Either way, you will receive a new product without having to pay extra for it.

Accepted payments are Paypal, and All major credit cards. Personal checks and COD payments are not accepted, and E-Checks will have to clear before the item is sent.

Return Policy:

RETURNS are gladly accepted for any unwanted or defective merchandise for exchange, credit, or refund. A minimum 15% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping may be charged for a refund.

Defective products may need to be shipped to their respective manufacturer. Please email for details if you have a dead on arrival package.

Because of precise measurements and the specific nature of our fabricating, there will be absolutely no returns or refunds on custom orders. Please make sure the specifications are correct before you submit the order.
