Orders are processed upon receipt of payment. To process an order, your payment must include the appropriate shipping charge(s). Inventory will be held for ten (10) business days from the date the order was placed. If after ten (10) business days payment has not been received, the inventory will be released back to our warehouse and the order will be canceled.

If payment is received after 12 noon EST on a business day, the order will usually be shipped the following business day. We will attempt to ship all packages up to 3 pm Eastern time but we can not guarantee shipping.
