This is for a old used  resident gas bill from the Standard Gas Light Co of 3rd ave New York City..for the amount of $5.60..the bill shows a picture of 2 different gas stoves that can be rented from the gas company for a dollar or three dollars a year...(yes, it says YEAR)  a desireable collectible..
