This tribute and story which follow first appeared as the supplement to the 1969-70 Annual Report of Distillers Corporation - Seagrams Limited in October 1970.  This book is illustrated and features a tribute, introduction and detailed information regarding the international operations of Seagrams Limited by nation of operation.  This book is hard to find and is in excellent condtion.

PAYMENT

Payment is to be received within 7 days of close of auction.  We accept Paypal only.   Please make yourself familiar with eBay monetary policies and do not ask us to make exceptions to the PayPal only or Major Credit Cards processed through PayPal policy.

SHIPPING

We do our best to ship out all paid items within 48 hours of receiving payment (excluding Saturday & Sunday).  However, on a rare given time, there may be a delay in the process of shipment due to an employee being out on vacation, sick, etc., so please allow up to 7 days for shipment.  We understand that some items may be time sensitive so please let us know if there is a rush and we will try to accommodate the best we can.

Combined Orders: We do offer a combined shipping discount within a 7 day period, (see discount below).  Please wait until you are COMPLETELY finished before checking out and requesting an invoice.  All items MUST be paid together if you want the shipping discount.

All parcels, regardless of value will be insured by a third party insurer, and that small cost will be incorporated into the cost of the auction.   All claims for damage or non-received items will require a written, signed, statement from the buyer affirming that the loss or damage is actual, thereby releasing us from any potential liability due to fraudulent claims.

Our Shipping and Handling fees are not negotiable.  We offer our discount on multiple items purchased as long as they are paid together.  If you are unhappy with our fees, please do not bid on the item.  Many of our items start between .01 to .99 cents with no reserve.  Please note that some of our auctions are not listed with international shipping as an option.  This applies to general merchandise, NOT jewelry items.  Please do not request international quotes or shipping on general merchandise items, where it is not offered.  International bids on these items will be cancelled.

TERMS OF SALE

We try to take the best picture and give the best description on our items.  All sales are final unless buyer has a valid claim that the item is not as described in listing.  Items are not sold “on approval” & returns will not be accepted unless there was an error in listing.   We must be notified immediately upon receipt of goods, and the item must be returned within 7 days in its original condition. Shipping claim losses MUST include shipping insurance to qualify for a refund.

If you are unhappy with the cost of an item, please do NOT bid on or purchase the item.

Feedback: We go through our feedback 2-3 times a week and submit feedback for all those who have left it for us.  So, please allow a few days for us to leave ours before you contact us.  If you have an issue with your merchandise, please contact us before leaving feedback.  Negative feedback posted prior to making an effort to resolve an issue is final.
