DOMESTIC SHIPPING: I primarily ship USPS Priority mail, however will ship First Class Mail if package is under 13oz.  For heavy packages I will ship Parcel Post Upon request. Just keep in mind it could take up to 10 days for delivery. 

SHIPPING INSURANCE:  I pack my boxes very well as stated in my feedback.  I also offer a refund policy if your items arrive damaged for some reason.  With that in mind, if you still don't feel comfortable about the safety of your items you can purchase insurance for $1.75 upon request.  I DO require shipping insurance for most Precious Moments and Pretty As A Picture items at Buyer's expense.

INTERNATIONAL shipping: I will send your package First Class International unless International Priority is requested or package does not qualify for First Class International shipping. First Class International has to be under 4 pounds.  There is NO option for insurance when using First Class International and there is NO estimate of delivery time.  International Priority takes 6-10 days to deliver and INCLUDES $50 worth of insurance.  I send out my INTERNATIONAL packages daily.

COMBINED shipping:  I DO give a discount on shipping when more than one item is purchased.  I carefully pack it, weigh it, and charge the buyer ACTUAL shipping.  Please request a "combined" invoice prior to payment.  Auctions must be ended within 7 days.  Usually I ship Priority, however sometimes Parcel Post is more economical.  I will ship Parcel Post upon the buyer's request.

How disappointing to receive your package and have something be unsatisfactory. My job does NOT end when I send your package off to be mailed. My job does not end until the buyer is pleased with their purchase. I package my items for travel very well as it states in my feedback. Unfortunately human error can come into play, or other mishaps beyond my control. I resolve those mishaps, how few there are, on an individual basis depending on the circumstances. Again my goal as a seller is for the Buyer to be pleased at the end of the transaction, for my job is not done until the Buyer is pleased.  Please refer to my refund policy for additional information.

PICTURES:  The photos you see in my listings are photographed by me.  I take the time to crop each picture to give you the best visual of the item listed.  I would greatly appreciate other sellers respect my property and NOT copy any of my pictures for their own use.  That is a violation of Ebay's policy and if I catch you I WILL report you to ebay.   

I try my best to bring my buyers good, quality collectibles. I do NOT glue ANYTHING and do not INTENTIONALLY sell ANYTHING that is broken. I prefer to sell pieces in boxes because the boxes help protect the piece during travel. Occasionally I will sell items without a box at a low price. In that case I do package the items very well in bubble wrap, however if you're unsatisfied when you receive your items just simply notify me and we can work together to find a resolution.
