Returns/Warrantiess

·         We thoroughly inspect every item before shipping. Please inspect the all items before signing the delivery receipt! If the item is damaged on arrival or a shortage, you must make a note on the delivery receipt and have the carrier sign  the receipt so we can file a claim for you. Failure to do so results in no exchange/return or refund.

  • Upon approval of the claim, replacement for damaged items/parts is absolutely FREE OF CHARGE! Please keep all the original boxes and email us pictures of the broken items so that we can file a claim to the carrier.
  • All claims must be filed to us(with supporting photo taken) within 7 days from the date of receipt. Refusing delivery or returning non-damaged / non-defective item(s) is subject to a 15% restocking fee and the shipping cost to our warehouse. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refund will be given if we can't replace the merchandise.
