This Auction sale is for ONE (1), HO-Scale, Santa Fe (SF) railroad "HUDSON" (4-6-4) type Steam Locomotive, # 3460, in SF RR unique "Blue Goose" paint scheme.  * This locomotive is produced by the RIVAROSSI model railroad equipment manufacturer.  * This locomtive is factory painted in the SF RR "Blue Goose" paint scheme; two tone Blue.  NOTE: During the 1930's time frame, the SF RR operated a fast passenger train service between Los Angeles, CA and Chicago, IL, the (4-6-4) locomotive that pulled this train was nick named the "Blue Goose".  This operating model is a replica of the locomotive.  * The locomotive is in "GOOD" phyical and operational conditions, and will be shipped to the buyer in its originally purchased, factory furnished box, as pictured.  * The buyer needs to perform some minor oiling operations on the locomotive to obtain optimum performance.  This locomotive and matching tender is highly detailed plastic construction.  * NOTE: This (4-6-4) Hudson type locomotive began service within the late 1920's through the 1950's railroading era.
