I always provide a full refund if a purchaser is not happy with a purchase regardless of the circumstances/descriptions etc, so please contact me if there is a problem and I will happily give a full refund.

Preferred method of payment is via PayPal or direct bank deposit. I usually post all items the day after the auction finishes (Monday) 

Because I am not an expert I give basic descriptions so please do not expect detailed descriptions on one stamp like "MINT GUM FAULTS ORIGINAL GUM HINGE REMNANT TWO PULLED PERFS THIN TOP RIGHT AND BOTTOM LEFT " etc. I describe stamps that have not been used as MINT, and I try to include a scan of the reverse of any stamps that I describe as mint so the buyer can consider conditions such as full gum, partial gum, gum faults, no gum, re-gummed, chewing gum, hinged, hinge remnant etc etc. I also try to mention faults that might not be obvious in the scan, eg tears, and as always l will try and provide a more detailed condition report if requested, additional scans etc. and I always provide a full refund if a purchaser is not happy with a purchase regardless of the circumstances/descriptions etc, so please contact me if there is a problem and I will happily give a full refund.     

 Multiple purchases attract only one postage cost, if I send an invoice for more please tell me.

 I am happy to hold items over if you wish to bid on more of my listings

Where possible I usually fold any album pages sold into normal size envelopes for posting, but will package and post pages unfolded if requested, at the postage rate applicable.
