PAYMENT INFORMATION: 

• Due to ebay policies I can only accept PayPal as payment for auctions. You must have a PayPal account to bid on this auction.
• Payment is expected within 5 days after auction ends.
• Echeck payments through pay pal can take up to 10 days to process. Package will not ship until funds are cleared and posted to my account.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

• Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
• I happily combine shipping on multiple purchases within 5 days. Please notify me that you are bidding on seperate auctions to put purchases on hold.
• Items must be shipped together in the same box to the same address to qualify for combined rates. Items shipped in seperate boxes and to seperate addresses does not qualify for discounts even if purchased from same person.
• Shipping is a flat rate to all customers within the United States and includes a handling fee for supplies used.
• Packages 13 ounces or less will ship via USPS First Class with delivery confirmation. Packages over 13 ounces will ship via USPS Priority with delivery confirmation. Large packages, such as luggage, will ship via UPS Ground with tracking information.
• Insurance is offered, but not required for purchase. However, be aware that Factory Direct Purses and Accessories will not be personally liable for lost, damaged or misdirected packages.
• We ship within 3 business days of ending of auction. We are not responsible for estimated delivery times provided by carrier.

RETURN POLICY:

• Returns are accepted for the following reason only - damages.
• Damages must be reported within 3 days of package delivery to qualify for return.
• Please contact Factory Direct Purses via email to request a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Items returned without a RMA will be refused and returned to sender.
• Item must be returned within 7 days of receipt of RMA or  package will be refused and returned to sender.
• Damage must not be due to neglect or abuse.
• Items must be returned in the same condition they were shipped; in same packaging; this is for the protection of the product. If item is returned in a non resell condition no exchanges will be honored.
• Returns are not accepted for size. Example - laptop bags.  Measurements are provided. Please measure your items carefully to assure proper fit prior to purchase.
• No cash refunds. We will happily exchange the item for an identical product or a different product of your choice. Buyer is responsible for any additional charges or price differences.
• No shipping is refundable. Buyer is responsible for all shipping to and from Factory Direct Purses. This includes shipping for replacements.
• Returns, refused, unclaimed, cancelled or undeliverable orders are subject to a $20.00 or 20% restocking fee (which ever is greater) in addition to all applicable credit card and associated fees.
• All items marked clearance, close out, or final markdown are excluded from any exchange policy and sold as is. No returns accepted for any reason.
• We make no acceptions to the return policy for anyone. Return policy follows guidelines set by the Better Business Bureau within our state of business operation.
