All watches must be return in original condition without physical changes. (e.g. scratches, shortening of bracelet etc.). Seller will judge and determine if an exchange is valid based on the condition of the returned watch. No exchange is honored 7 days after receipt of item.  A money refund will only be done if no watch same model is available for exchange.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please check your own country's tax duties. Buyer is responsible for any custom tax incurred. Insurance in shipping is included in shipping and handling cost; insurance claims for lost packages couldn?t be done before 45 days of date of shipping.
