In order to return a product, you must contact us within 7 days of the date delivered. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. If more than
7 days have passed since date of receipt the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be denied. You will be responsible for returning
the item to CommCentral. We will, at our discretion, either repair or replace your item. We will pay the postage to return the item to you.
