Chapter 13: Too Much Off the Top

This 16mm film presents, through the use of animation, an adaptation of chapter 13 from the children's book by the author entitled Paddington at Work. Tells about a small, dark bear whose attempts at haircutting bring unexpected rewards. For elementary grades. Comes on metal reel, in plastic can with loose guide. Color; 6 minutes, FilmFair Communications, 1975. We make every effort to mention even the smallest of defects apparent from a review of the first several dozen feet of film.  A brief inspection indicated noticeable red in color and some occasional fine lines; however, since it has not been viewed in entirety, it is being sold AS IS.

U.S. SHIPPING: Shipping is $4.50 via USPS media mail with delivery confirmation.  Please be advised that media mail delivery times can vary greatly, from several days to several weeks and occasionally longer.  Priority mail rates are available upon request.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: All international orders are sent via USPS priority mail; international buyers should contact us for shipping rate before bidding.  Please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.  We cannot mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" as such actions are prohibited by U.S. and international regulations.

COMBINED SHIPPING:  We are happy to combine shipping on multiple wins if paid for together in a SINGLE payment and won within 7 days of one another; please email for combined shipping total, which will be calculated based on package weight.  We will then send an invoice with updated shipping charges.  Insurance will be included in shipping quotes for all orders over $50.  Once payment has been made, we can no longer combine additional items.

PAYMENT: We accept PayPal only.  Payment is due within 7 days from the final auction win within any 7-day window.  Please make sure the ship-to address is correct at the time you submit payment, as PayPal requires us to ship to the address shown on the payment details page.  Make any address changes in the shipping address field itself (any address change requests made in the "notes" section will be disregarded).  Sorry, NO LOCAL PICKUPS as my lease prohibits them.
