30 days after the buyer receives it | Only new engines without gas or oil added will be eligible for returns. Replacement parts and products other than engines are not eligible for returns (generators, pressure washers, etc).
All authorized engine returns will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee to cover inspection, testing, repackaging, cleaning, etc. The customer will be responsible for both the original outbound and return shipping charges. When returning items listed with Free Shipping, customers will be deducted the actual outbound shipping and handling amount from their refund.
Eligible engines with an RMA must be returned in the original packaging with full insurance and tracking information supplied to us upon return.
An authorized RMA must be issued by Brand New Engines before an eligible engine may be returned.
No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. |
