Skybox Sports hopes that you are happy with your order, however, due to the heavy discounting of our items, we have a limited return policy.  We do not place a warranty above the manufacturer's warranty on any club or clothing item we sell. After seven business days all sales are final.
If You Change Your Mind
If you decide that you do not want the product that you received, and the product was listed correctly, you have seven days to contact us for a return authorization. After seven days all sales are final.
    * The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price.
    * Original shipping charges are non refundable.
    * New items must not have been used or have any visible marks.
    * Used items must be clean and in same condition received.

Damages in Shipping
Sometimes items are damaged in shipping. If you received a damaged item please contact us and we will help you. There are several options available to the customer when this happens, we will be more than happy to work with you to come to the best possible resolution.
Incorrect Item Received
Skybox Sports will resolve the issue quickly once you contact us. If you have received the incorrect product (wrong loft, flex, club, color, size) please call 1-435-279-4101 or email sales@skyboxsportsclothing.com and we will either replace the product or refund your full purchase price including shipping. Please have the incorrect item / box with you to verify order received.
Inadvertent Misrepresentation
Please read condition ratings and club description completely before contacting Skybox Sports.  If you feel that we have misrepresented an item, please contact customer service.
    * The customer is responsible for returning the product.  Once received Skybox Sports will re-evaluate the item, and determine if there in fact was a listing error.  If an error was made on our part, we will issue a full refund, including original shipping within 24 hours of receipt of the item.  After seven (7) days all sales are final.
    * DUE TO VARIATIONS IN COMPUTER SCREENS WE WILL NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR COLOR DISSIMILARITIES. CHECK SIZING BEFORE BIDDING, REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN DUE TO SIZING ISSUES.
