Do you remember these old nurdery rhymes? Here's some that have been appliqued on this quilt.... Hey Diddle Diddle, Mary Had a Little Lamb, Rain Rain Go Away, Curly Locks, Simple Simon, Peter's Wife, Bye Baby Bunting, Tommy Tucker , Jack & Jill, Queen of Hearts, etc.
This sweet old quilt is still in pretty good condition for it's age. The binding is starting to fray & some of the applique is in need of repair. There is one stain which I have pictured for you. (try using "Awesome" that you can buy at the Dollar Store. It removes all kinds of stains) There are no rips or tears but there is some wear in the fabric at the top near the scalloped border.
Pretty green sashings & colorful appliqued nursery rhyme designs!
Ther is wonderful quilting all through this quilt ~ detailed floral design all along the outside sashing as well as on blocks alternating from the applique patterns. It measures 80" x 70".

Payment must be received within 3 days of auction's end, unless you are still bidding on other items. Please notify me if this is the case. I submit unpaid item disputes to Ebay after the 3rd day of non-payment.
IMPORTANT: Well, Ebay has done it again & will not allow sellers to even offer you insurance when shipping to YOU. They are telling us that if you want it, we must add it as a handling charge now. So, unfortunately now, I will add insurance charges to every one of my listings as a handling charge. If you do not want insurance, you will have to email me AFTER I send you your invoice.
