This unbelievably gorgeous designer piece of jewelry is crafted with a 18kt solid two tone gold, weighing  13.20 grams.

The center piece hangs from an array of diamonds set into multiple  hearts.

68 diamonds with a TW of 1.00ct. The center 9x9 heart shape Genuine Aquamarine is weighing 2.10ct.

All are supported by a wheat designed chain in 18k white gold.

It also contains two 18k yellow gold hearts remarkably attached to the diamond hearts - to give the necklace its unique design.
