The scooter can be made street legal with the addition of lights,signals and fenders without these it is an offroad machine.It is a great machine for city commuting or for offroad crosscountry riding and very cheap to run.You can soup it up by adding another motor and driving both wheels but the one motor variety is quite adequate for most uses.
