Brand new!!  Made by SCRUB STATION.  Simply perfect with full elastic waist, front stitched creases and roomy side pockets.  55/45 cotton/poly.  

Straight legs with an inseam of approximately 29 1/2". Waist measures approximately 26" unstretched; approximately 45" fully stretched.   Hips measure approximately 24 1/2" ACROSS.
