To provide our eBay customers with unparalleled quality and cost efficiency in deliveries, we have established the following shipping programs that are competivie within the eBay Market Place.
We currently ship to the Continental US 48 states. Our shipping and handling fees are determined by the shipped weight of the item, shipping destination, packaging materials, and the cost of processing labor. We want to ensure your item arrives promptly and safely. Our processing facility professionals use first-quality materials to pack items with care.
Our preferred shipping carriers:
- For Residential and Commercial deliveries over 2 lbs., we typically ship via FedEx Home Delivery or Ground Delivery Service.
- For items under 2 lbs. we typically ship via USPS Priority Mail.
- We can not support shipment to P.O. or APO Boxes.
- We require insurance on items with a winning bid over $100. In-transit insurance for items under $100.00 is incorporated into the freight cost. Insurance will also be required on pottery, glass, china, jewelry and most high value electronic items. A signature will be required for items with a winning bid over $250.
- Merchandise will ship 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
International Shipping:
We currently ship only to the continental 48 US states.
Combined Shipping:
We do provide combine shipping based on certain, but not all items sold. Please check the Item Description for details. Combined shipping rates are determined at checkout by our automated system. We cannot provide a quote within the listing for combined shipping. Please contact us for a quote.
Local Pick-up:
For most items, we support Local Pick-up. Most auctions will offer this level of service for a flat $10.00 fee and be an available shipping option within the check-out process. Please check the Item Description for the location of the item for local pick-up. Or, contact us and we will advise.
All local pick-ups will also be charged state sales tax.
Sales Tax
Sales Tax is applicable in the following states: California.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is National Liquidation Services' highest priority! Here is our Return Policy:
1. Item arrives DOA:
We guarantee all our items to be in working condition upon arrival to the ship-to point of the order per the item description in the auction. If an item shows up and does not work, we will provide you with a full refund (including S&H) as long as you do the following:
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA), and
- Re-Pack the item so we can arrange for FedEx to pick-up the item to return to us.
- Upon confirmation of the serial number or security mark and that the unit is DOA after receipt at our national processing centers, we will issue an immediate full refund.
2. Item has a small problem:
(Example: the mute button does not work on the remote.) While we complete a thorough condition test of every item we sell, we are not the owner of any item, and therefore we may not be familiar with or able to test every possible function, accessory, or feature. Also, product failures may occur due to shipping. We do our best to list and photograph every item accurately. Because of this, our auctions are sold AS-IS. Still, we want you to be happy with your transaction with us. In this case, we can discuss a partial credit for the cost of the repair or replacement part, of we will refund the full amount of your winning bid (Shipping and Handling not included) as long as you do the following:
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to advise of the product problem, and/or obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA), and
- Re-Pack the item so we can arrange for FedEx to pick-up the item to return to us.
- Upon confirmation of the issue you described, we will issue an immediate refund of your winning bid amount.
3. I changed my mind, now that I see the item, I don't want it anymore:
That's OK! We want you to feel comfortable trying our items we have for sale. You can return your item for any reason for the full amount of your winning bid (Shipping and Handling not included) as long as you do the following:
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA), and
- Return the item to us, in the same condition as you received it, within 7 days after we issue the RMA.
- Upon confirmation that the item is in good condition, we will issue an immediate refund of your winning bid amount.
To obtain an RMA, call our 24/7 voicemail at (408) 371-8200, or through the "Contact the Seller" link in the auction. As with returns to other online merchants, you are responsible for return shipping charges (except where noted above,) and our outbound shipping & handling charges are not refundable (except in the case of a total DOA.)
