Shipping to a different address than yours: we often prepare our packages right away so we can get them out to you quickly after payment has been received; therefore, if you want an item shipped to a different address than the one you have with PayPal, you need to let us know right away. Also, any item that is shipped to a different address will be shipped as-is, meaning that our return policy is voided. The shipping listed is only for the Continental United States as postal prices are pretty high when shipping to AK, HI or an outlying territory. Therefore, if you live in one of these locations, please ask for a shipping quote PRIOR to purchasing so that we can get you the best possible price for your item. We often ship with UPS or FedEx. As we often compare prices between USPS, FedEx, and UPS and will ship with the lowest-cost shipper, please provide a street address in the event that we will ship via UPS or FedEx. If we plan to use one of these shippers, and you provide a P. O. Box, we will not ship your item until a street address is provided, as UPS or FedEx does not deliver to P. O. Boxes. Thanks. We ship items within 48 hours, unless it’s a holiday, weekend or postal holiday, or if there is a delay in processing your payment by PayPal, in which case, the item will be shipped as soon as the payment clears PayPal. We will provide a tracking number via email as soon as we have it; if an estimated delivery date is provided by the carrier, we will provide that as well. If no number is provided (as when we ship internationally or for small envelopes, then we will tell you that as well). We send all our items out with tracking numbers (unless they are letter-size then we just apply a stamp). Insurance when purchased will be set for the amount you PAID FOR the item, not replacement cost. All items are packaged well to prevent damage during shipping. We do not assume responsibility for lost items; if we can prove the item was sent or was undeliverable at your end (as we always use tracking numbers), you will not receive refund for the item. Buy-It-Now items (not bidding items) may be removed from listing within its final 24 hours to be put either for bidding or to be removed completely so as to not allow it to re-list for another month. Our items are also often listed locally, so if a local buyer purchases the item before it is sold on Ebay, it will be removed. Therefore, we highly advise you not to wait until the last minute to purchase items. Payments are due within 4 days of items ending on bidding. If a payment hasn’t been received, or other arrangements made, we will open an unpaid item dispute on the 4th day of not receiving payment. We will wait another 4 days thereafter. If payment is not received by this time, we will relist the item. So, please, do not force us to take this action; we don’t like to do it….and it may keep you from being able to purchase other items from ebay in the future. Threats: threats of any kind will not be tolerated and will be immediately reported to ebay security as they do not tolerate threats either. Those submitting threats will be banned from future purchases; if you make a threat while you are the lead bidder on an item, your bid may be removed and you may be prevented from future bidding. If you need to contact us, you must contact us via ebay, not to our personal email account as we get a LOT of spam and such that gets sent to the junk folder so we don’t even look at it often; therefore, we may not get your email and will not be able to respond. Returns: There is a 7-day money-back guarantee if the item is not as described (7 days from delivery date; if you have a post-office box or personal mail box location, the return policy is in effect from DELIVERY date even if you picked up the item on day 10 for example). No items sent to other countries will be returnable for a refund due to the high cost of shipping. This offer is void if the item is returned in a condition other than it was sent, or for items such as DVDs, CDs or other such items that can be duplicated and for electronic/electrical items such as cameras, radios, CD/VHS players, etc., as well as seasonal items. Return shipping will be your responsibility. If you return an item, and it was not the one we listed or it was not in the same condition, you will NOT receive a refund, you will be reported to E-Bay Security; the item will not be returned to you. If you return an item that you state is not working but it works for us upon its return, you will NOT receive a refund and the item will not be returned to you (so do check the batteries prior to sending it back). When your return item is received, it will be compared with pictures taken prior to shipping to make sure your claim is justified. You are required to return-ship the item with a tracking number within 3 shipping days of contacting us (shipping days are all days except Sundays and postal holidays); the tracking number must be provided once you have sent the item; the item does not have to arrive here within 3 days, only the tracking number has to be emailed to us within those 3 days. Items sent back without notification or a shipping number may not be acknowledged. Items sent back past the three shipping days will not be acknowledged. Also, if you send back an item that is not covered by our return policy unless authorized to do so, you will not receive a refund. It is your responsibility to contact us with questions or concerns prior to sending an item back. We may charge a 20% restocking fee based on the situation of the return; this is put into effect if an item was returned as undeliverable, if you returned the item without all the attachments and such, or if we deem the situation is warranted—you will be advised of this prior to your returning the item. Virtually all items are sent with tracking numbers so we can tell if an item is lost. If you do not receive your item but the tracking numbers states that the item has left this location, then you will not receive a refund. If the tracking number states the item was never received by the post office or UPS, then we will issue a refund when sufficient time has passed to ensure that delivery will not occur. However, if the item is delivered after a refund has been processed, then you need to return the item or pay for it again within 3 business days. |
