You are bidding on one Star Trek: First Contact Borg Ship collectible model. The model comes in the original box with the original, unopened instructions. The model is in like-mint condition; it has been briefly removed from the box but never played with. It is model 16149.

Shipping
Items are shipped out every Monday and Thursday afternoon.

US Domestic Items: Items weighing under 13 oz are shipped via First Class Mail. Items weighing over 13 oz and under 4 lbs are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Items weighing over 4 lbs are shipped via UPS Ground. Items over 4 lbs to Alaska, Hawaii, an APO/FPO, or to a US territory are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (in this event, please allow me 24 hours to send an invoice with the correct shipping amount before paying). Media items (books, DVDs, tapes, etc) are shipped via USPS Media Mail regardless of weight.

International Items: Items weighing under 4 lbs are shipped via International 1st Class Mail. This method can take up to 2 months to arrive, depending on its destination. Items weighing over 4 lbs are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Some very large items can also be shipped to Canada via UPS Standard to Canada. All items able to be shipped internationally are listed as such. Customs fees are not covered in shipping costs, they are the requirement of the buyer. I will not write a lower amount on a customs form or mark any item as a gift, so please do not ask.

Payment
I accept PayPal for payments. Payments can also be made in person for local pickup. All payments are expected within 1 week of the end of the auction. I will open a Non-Payment Dispute after 1 week if you do not contact me first. I am flexible on payments, if you need extra time, just let me know.

Returns/Refunds
If an item arrives damaged, please contact me prior to returning it. In most occasions, I will file an insurance claim on the item.

In the event the item is not as described in the listing, contact me to discuss a return. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt and sent back with tracking. I do not cover return shipping costs.

Items sold "As-Is" Occasionally, I will sell an item as "untested" or "powers on, but otherwise untested" and "as-is." Items marked this way imply that I am unsure of how functional the item is, beyond what is stated. As such, I will accept no returns on these items.
