Return Policy
Because of our exceptional pricing, unfortunately no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
We inspect and check every item that ships out for accuracy and perfection. If your timepiece is not working properly upon receiving, you should contact our customer care number and we will grant an exchange or repair of the same model. If you tamper with the timepiece we will not be able to exchange it. If its worn we could only grant a repair.
Its very unlikely this situation will occur, but if it does we wanted to update you.

Shipping
Its our goal to ship your timepiece fast. If you are purchasing USPS Parcel post, you might receive your timepiece thru UPS ground. We pick the fastest way to the destination.
If you are purchasing Priority Mail, you might receive UPS 2nd day delivery.
If you are purchasing Next Day Express Mail, you might receive it with UPS Overnight.
All packages that are under $500 value will not necessarily require signature.
******If you purchased an item and did not purchase shipping insurance, we will not be liable if your package is lost.

We use FEDEX International Priority to ship your timepiece.
It is the most expensive way to ship a package around the world. Delivery times are fantastic.
