Postage and Handling

All items are shipped out United Parcel Service (UPS). Price based upon weight and location. Equipment Recovery Corp can ship to a PO Box, with US Postal Rates applying. To determine shipping charges there is a UPS Ground Shipping Calculator attached to our auctions. ERC will ship UPS to Canada with buyer responsible for all customs and international fees applying.

Freight

Items over UPS weight and size restrictions will be sent via common carrier. Customer is responsible for the freight charge, unloading freight and /or picking up freight at terminal if possible. ERC will work with customer in trying to find the most cost effective way of shipping. ERC will not ship common carrier Internationally.

Store Hours / Local Pickup

Equipment Recovery Corp. is open Monday through Friday 8am-4pm, Saturday by appointment. Any of our items can be picked up to save on shipping charges.  No walk-ins please call first 800-372-2408

Insurance (Optional)

Equipment Recovery Corp is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Insurance is recommended.
