Plastic Canvas Gift Bag Toppers, designed by Cynthia Roberts for The Needlecraft Shop, # 844507 .   This book is new and never used.  It has 16 pages with instructions, pictures, and patterns for 15 projects for all occasions.  These are created in 7 mesh plastic canvas.  Create your own unique gift bag toppers or use them for tags.  These are wonderful designs sure to delight.

For those of you interested in multiple auctions I do combine shipping charges. Check with me PRIOR to paying and I will give you the combined rate.  If you are purchasing three or more items, your discount will be better by contacting me for an invoice instead of paying from the automatic invoice you receive from Ebay.  All items shipping to an address in the USA will have DELIVERY CONFIRMATION included.  

Please be aware that if you are going to pay via PayPal and want combined shipping you must allow me to bill you for all your purchases in one invoice or you can create the transaction yourself, but payment via PayPal must be in one transaction to qualify for the discounted S & H.  Please do not pay each item individually. The fees are just too high if you pay individually and I will not be able to extend you a combine shipping discount.  

I SHIP WORLDWIDE.  Please be advised that ALL INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS must pay with PayPal.  Contact me for the international shipping costs.  It is more expensive, so if you have concerns, contact me before bidding. 

I am not responsible if the postal service misplaces or damages your package.  I have no control over the handling of your package once it leaves my hands.  If you have any concerns, please have your package insured.  Insurance is available for all packages shipped to a USA address.
