I always ship First Class Mail unless the item weighs more than 13 ounces. Shipping includes delivery confirmation number. I ship to the U.S. and worldwide. I accept returns within 7 days of delivery confirmation. Please contact me to let me know that you are returning the item. If you are unhappy with your purchase I will be glad to exchange the item or issue a refund. I use delivery confirmation with all shipments, except International. I love to keep customers happy and will do everything I can to resolve an issue. Unfortunately, I will not issue a refund if I have a delivery confirmation # from the USPS stating that the item has been delivered to you and you claim you have not received the item. The most important thing to note about my product is that it is entirely hand sewn. I am one of few on eBay that does not use any glue on my hair bows. My bows are sewn to the clips as well. I feel that this offers a much more quality product that can outlast your child's wear and tear. All of my products ( Including flower clips, headbands, etc) are hand sewn. I even sew in my no slip grips! All embellishments are attached by good ole needle and thread too. All bows are made by myself. Most of my bows are made and ready to ship. There will never be longer than a week delay to process your order. All orders come in a professionally packaged box with tissue paper and all bows come on a plastic display card with Over the RainBow logo on it. I started staying home with my three children last year. I quit my job as an ER nurse for 6 years. I love to sew and take great pride in my work. I am very excited that I have more than tripled my sales since I first started selling in August of 2008 and have become a Power Seller within three months.
