Cook with ease with Dacor's six Modes of Cooking: Standard Bake and Broil, Convection Bake, Convection Broil, Convection Roast, and Pure Convection. All these modes are operated via the sophisticated front-side panel’s electronic controls.
This model comes with a fully extendable GlideRack that slides effortlessly and is ideal for cooking with heavy roasters, baking stones and cookie sheets (additional GlideRacks can be purchased as accessories.) It comes with a total of three racks and has six rack positions. This oven sports a wide array of convenient features such as two timers, halogen lighting and a reverse air flow function which helps prevent the mingling of odors and flavors. A complimentary easy-to-use digital temperature probe is also included.
