Item Condition:  All of our items are brand new (unless noted otherwise) and come from a smoke-free and pet-free environment.

Combined Shipping:  Saves you $$, so be sure to visit our eBay .  Click on the door icon and it will take you directly to the store.  To the left, you can look under the categories to find what you are looking for.  We offer discounts on items purchased within 7 days.  Just email us to let us know that you are bidding on other items.   If you happen to receive an invoice, by mistake, just kindly remind us.  Also, if you receive a payment reminder, just ignore it; it is an automatic mailing.  Now, at the end of 7 days, request one invoice to include all items.  Email any questions that you might have, prior to paying.

U.S. Payment, Shipping & Insurance:  We receive PayPal, and payment within 3 days (unless you are bidding on other items).   Your package, normally, will be shipped within 24 hours of payment; exceptions could be during holidays.  All USPS shipments will include a delivery confirmation number (this is not a true tracking number, but if scanned properly at PO, can be tracked).  UPS shipments will include a tracking number, which will be sent to you when items are shipped. 

International Shipping, Payment & Insurance:  Please email us for an exact quote if you are unable to use the shipping link available.  We will ship international orders by USPS only, since private carriers assess huge "Custom's Brokerage" fees. We accept PayPal and expect payment within 3 days.  Customs, Duties/Taxes, and/or other fees associated with International orders will be the sole responsibility of the customer – this is in addition to the S&H listed.  Please note we do NOT have any control over the fees charged, nor do we know what those fees will be.  Please check into this PRIOR to purchasing.  Some customers make separate purchase to eliminate or lower possible fees.  We want you to know ahead of time and not be surprised IF you are charged fees.  Also, we do NOT mark items as gift, or reduce the amount of purchase to eliminate custom’s fees – this is unethical and actually, illegal.  Thank you for your understanding. 

7-Day Return Policy:  Refund given on unused, unopened items; minus any S&H fees.  You MUST contact us prior to returning item, for approval.  Then, items must be returned within 7 days.
